What is collected
If you submit an enquiry, I collect the details you choose to give: name, email address, phone number, project details and any files you send. Nothing else is collected automatically beyond standard server logs.
Why
Solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and deliver work if you go ahead.
Sharing
Your details are not sold and not shared for marketing. Information is shared with third parties only where necessary to deliver your project. For example a printer, a crew member or a payment provider.
Retention
Enquiry details are kept while there is an active conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards. You can ask for them to be deleted at any time.
Your rights
You may ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to hello@karthikvk.com.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. If a video is played, YouTube may set its own cookies. Videos are embedded in privacy-enhanced mode and load only when you press play.
