Terms and Conditions

Who you are dealing with
These terms cover services provided by Manchala Karthik Vineel Kumar, operating as an individual professional based in Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh, India, referred to here as “I” or “me”.
Quotes and confirmation
Every project is quoted individually. A quote is valid for 30 days. Work is confirmed only once the quote is accepted in writing and any agreed retainer is received.
Scheduling
Dates are held only after confirmation. If a shoot is postponed by you with less than 7 days’ notice, the retainer may not be transferable. This will be stated in your quote.
Delivery
Delivery timelines are given per project and stated in your quote. Delays caused by late feedback, late supply of materials or changes in scope extend the timeline accordingly.
Copyright and usage
Copyright in all images and footage remains with me. You receive a licence to use the work as described in your quote. Additional usage beyond that scope is quoted separately.
Credit
I ask to be credited where reasonably possible. Credit is not required for internal or e-commerce use.
Liability
My liability for any project is limited to the fees paid for that project. I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh.
