Cancellation and Refunds Policy

Retainers
Where a retainer is taken to hold a date, it secures that date and is generally non-refundable, because the date is turned away from other clients.
Cancellation by you
More than 14 days before the shoot: any amount paid beyond the retainer is refunded. Within 14 days: up to 50% of the project fee may be retained. Within 48 hours: the full fee may be due.
Cancellation by me
If I cannot deliver for any reason, everything you have paid is refunded in full, and I will help you find a suitable replacement wherever possible.
Weather and force majeure
For outdoor and aerial work, a backup date is agreed at booking. If neither date is workable, the retainer is carried forward or refunded.
Delivered work
Once final files are delivered, fees are not refundable. If something is genuinely wrong with the delivery, tell me and I will put it right.
How refunds are made
Refunds are returned by the same method used for payment, normally within 7 working days of agreement.
