Shipping and Delivery Policy

Digital delivery
Photography and film work is delivered digitally, by secure download link or cloud transfer. There is no physical shipment and no shipping charge for these services.
Delivery timelines
Stated in your quote and per service page. Standard turnaround runs from 2 to 7 working days after selection, depending on the type of work.
Large files
Where files are too large for a transfer service, delivery may be made on a physical drive. Drive cost and courier are quoted at cost and agreed in advance.
Physical products
The shop is not yet operating. When merchandise and prints become available, this policy will be updated with dispatch times, courier partners, tracking and delivery areas before any order can be placed.
